ICPC-2 PLUS DEMONSTRATOR WEB USE AGREEMENT

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SOFTWARE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE PACKAGE.

1. Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the University Web Software or part thereof. You may not, whether in whole or part, remove the University Web Software from the University web site.

2. Limited warranty: The University does not warrant that the University Web Software will be error free, that its use shall be uninterrupted or that it shall meet your requirements.

3. Disclaimer of warranty: Where any Act of Parliament implies this Agreement in any term condition or warrant, and that Act avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of, or exercise of, or liability under such term, condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in this agreement, subject in all circumstances to the provisions of clause 2 hereof relating to any breach.

4. General: This Agreement shall be subject to the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the laws of the State of New South Wales, except for the body of law relating to conflicts in law. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, this agreement shall remain otherwise in full force apart from such provision which shall be deemed deleted. If you are a US Government user, them the University Software is provided with “RESTRICTED RIGHTS” as set forth in subparagraphs (c) (1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52, 227-19 or subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at FAR 252.277-7013, as applicable and as may have been amended, varied or supplanted from time to time.
